Annual rental cost is $1500 and this cost includes professional ad design, full color vinyl, a complimentary web ad on Lake Marion Living and a complimentary website if you not now have one.

The sign is not lighted.

To advertise you must pay one-half the annual rental cost at signing and the second and final cost after your ad has been up for thirty days.
